The first café opened in 2009, and after frequent requests from customers to open a Le Macaron French Pastries® pastry shop in their communities, the company began franchising in 2012.

Independent franchise owners Aaron and Christi Parker opened their café on 116th Street in Fishers in 2022.

Owning their own business in Fishers has been a dream-come-true, and sharing delicious French treats with the community is such a delight.

"We've lived in the area for over 15 years, and we love this community," said Christi Parker, owner of Le Macaron Fishers. "When we discovered Le Macaron, we knew it was something we wanted to share with our friends and neighbors. We can't wait to meet you!"

Our vision is to become a centerpiece in the Fishers community, known for our exceptional macarons and dessert options that captivate the senses and elevate the palate.

We envision a cafe that embodies the elegance and charm of a quintessential French patisserie, where every detail is meticulously curated to create an unforgettable experience. From the moment our customers step through our doors, they are transported to a world of indulgence, where the aroma of freshly baked pastries and baked goods fills the air, and the artistry of our pastry chefs and chocolatier is on full display.

We envision a café that serves as a hub for community. We are passionate about fostering meaningful connections with our customers, building a loyal community of macaron aficionados who share our love for this delicate French treat. We envision a cafe that is not only a destination for exceptional macarons but also a place where friendships are forged, memories are made, and celebrations are cherished.

other fun facts
  • Took a selfie with a lion and hot air ballooned over the savannah while on safari in the Masai Mara in Kenya.
  • Wanted to join the Air Force after high school, but let his twin brother persuade him into joining the Marine Corps as radio operators in the infantry. (After their service in the Marines, Aaron chose the next career for them to pursue together–accounting. They’ve been a couple of nerds ever since.)
  • Great French Horn and Trumpet player in high school marching band. (Don’t ask him to play now… it would probably sound terrible!)

Meet Christi

Christi attended the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) where she majored in Theatrical Design with an emphasis on costuming. After a career in costuming and fabrics, she was ready for the next sweet chapter with Le Macaron French Pastries!

other fun facts
  • Introduced Pogs (hello 90s!) to her elementary school and was known for her extensive collection.
  • Taught her Maine Coon cat, Merlin to play fetch! Maine Coons are known to be dog-like, and it’s cute to see a cat fetch!
  • Though costumes were her focus in theater, the vocal production classes she took in college helped her hone her whistling skills. She can even warble while she belts out a tune!
